This course is intended to provide an overview of the quality assurance processes in place for energy assessments.  Providing an introduction to the common themes for all strands, it discusses why quality assurance is important, the process used and the general expectations when an assessment is called for audit.  This course is intended to be supplemented by additional strand specific information.
